We are looking for an experienced and proactive Parking Manager to oversee the daily operations of our parking facility in Jalandhar. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in parking management, facility operations, or a similar role. The candidate should possess strong leadership, customer service, and operational management skills to ensure efficient parking operations, safety, and revenue optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the parking facility to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Supervise, train, and schedule parking attendants, security personnel, and support staff.
Ensure compliance with parking policies, safety standards, and company procedures.
Monitor parking occupancy, traffic flow, and space utilization to maximize efficiency.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Coordinate with security teams to maintain a safe and secure parking environment.
Monitor parking equipment such as ticketing systems, boom barriers, payment kiosks, and CCTV systems, and coordinate maintenance when required.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and revenue reports.
Ensure accurate cash collection, reconciliation, and adherence to financial controls.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and housekeeping activities.
Implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in parking management, facility management, operations, or a related field.
Experience in managing teams and handling customer service operations.
Familiarity with automated parking systems and parking management software is preferred.
Good understanding of safety and security procedures.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
