- Plan and conduct engaging Art & Craft classes for students across different grade levels.
- Foster creativity, imagination, and artistic expression through a variety of art forms and craft activities.
- Prepare and implement lesson plans in accordance with CBSE guidelines and the school's curriculum objectives.
- Teach drawing, painting, sketching, colouring, paper crafts, clay modelling, and other creative techniques.
- Organize and coordinate art exhibitions, competitions, and other school events showcasing students' talents.
- Encourage students to participate in inter-school, CBSE, and other art-related competitions and activities.
- Assess students' artistic progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Maintain discipline and create a safe, positive, and inspiring classroom environment.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of art materials, equipment, supplies, and classroom displays.
- Collaborate with teachers and communicate with parents to support students' overall growth and creative development.
- Integrate art with classroom learning wherever appropriate to enhance students' understanding and creativity.
- Stay updated with current teaching methodologies and innovative art techniques through continuous professional development.
