We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Organize employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Support payroll inputs and maintain HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Address employee queries and assist in resolving workplace issues.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
- Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HRMS software is an added advantage.
