We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D Visualizer to join our team. The candidate should be capable of creating high-quality 3D models, realistic renders, and walkthroughs for architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, understand design concepts, and meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
* Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings for architectural and interior projects.
* Develop interior and exterior visualizations based on design drawings and concepts.
* Prepare walkthrough animations and presentation visuals when required.
* Interpret AutoCAD drawings, SketchUp models, and design briefs accurately.
* Apply appropriate lighting, materials, textures, and landscaping to achieve realistic results.
* Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project teams to understand project requirements.
* Revise and update renders based on client and management feedback.
* Ensure timely delivery of assigned work while maintaining quality standards.
* Maintain organized project files and render outputs.
Skills & Requirements
* Bachelor’s/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience as a 3D Visualizer (preferred).
* Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, D5 Render, Enscape, Photoshop, and AutoCAD.
* Strong knowledge of lighting, texturing, composition, and rendering techniques.
* Good visualization and creative thinking skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
