Key Responsibilities
- Prepare interior design concepts, space planning, layouts, and presentation drawings for banking, government, and corporate projects
- Develop detailed working drawings, BOQs, specifications, and material selections
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, MEP consultants, vendors, and site execution teams
- Visit project sites for measurements, inspections, and progress monitoring
- Ensure designs comply with client standards, government regulations, and safety norms
- Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Handle furniture layouts, false ceiling designs, flooring details, workstation planning, and branding elements
- Coordinate material approvals and sample submissions with clients
- Support tender documentation and project estimation activities
- Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budget and quality standards
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals and revisions
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of commercial interior design and space planning
- Experience in banking, office, or institutional interior projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture systems, and execution methods
- Understanding of electrical, HVAC, and civil coordination requirements
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in commercial, banking, government, or corporate interior projects preferred
Preferred Experience
- Experience in turnkey interior projects
- Familiarity with banking standards and government project procedures
- Site coordination and project execution knowledge
Pay: ₹10,773.10 - ₹45,605.84 per month
