About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage customer engagement and provide support for online customer inquiries and concerns.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by delivering prompt, professional, and empathetic assistance to enhance the shopping experience.
3. Develop and execute targeted online sales strategies through emailers and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
4. Collaborate on the utilization of customer reviews and support SEO-related activities to improve online visibility.
5. Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders through strong written and verbal communication.
6. Support customer relationship management activities within the jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods segment.
7. Utilize fluency in English and Hindi for customer interactions, while Marathi proficiency will be considered an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Waghbil, Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
