Job Overview
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to expand our merchant network and promote digital payment solutions. The role involves onboarding new merchants, acquiring new business, and achieving sales targets through regular field visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new merchants within the assigned territory
- Promote digital payment solutions and merchant services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and business owners
- Conduct daily field visits to generate new business opportunities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Assist merchants with product activation and onboarding documentation
- Resolve basic merchant queries and provide after-sales support
- Maintain daily activity reports and market feedback
- Coordinate with the reporting manager to improve business performance
Eligibility Criteria
- 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Must own a two-wheeler
- Valid driving licence is mandatory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area
