Job Summary:
We are hiring a Senior Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to lead enterprise ERP transformation engagements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in finance module implementations, stakeholder management, business analysis, and solution consulting. The role involves leading end-to-end implementations, conducting workshops, driving customer engagement, and collaborating with technical and sales teams to deliver high-quality business solutions.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Lead multiple end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation projects
· Provide functional consulting for Finance and/or Project modules
· Conduct business requirement gathering and stakeholder workshops
· Analyze business processes and recommend ERP-driven solutions
· Prepare functional and technical specifications documentation
· Support pre-sales activities, solution design, and delivery governance
· Work closely with technical teams for successful implementation delivery
· Handle UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support activities
· Build strong customer relationships and ensure successful project outcomes
· Mentor junior consultants and support team delivery initiatives
· Participate in process optimization and finance transformation engagements
Technical Skills Required:
· Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
· Expertise in Finance and/or Project Accounting modules
· Solid understanding of inventory costing and finance workflows
· Experience in at least 5 end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance implementations
· Strong business analysis and workshop facilitation capabilities
· Ability to prepare functional and technical specification documents
· Exposure to Microsoft Invoice Capture, ExFlow, and Docentric is preferred
· Excellent client handling and stakeholder management skills
· Microsoft Certifications – MB310 and/or MB700 preferred
· CPA qualification will be an added advantage
· Willingness to travel for client engagements on a regular basis
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
