Job Objective
To strengthen the organization's digital presence by managing video content, creative assets, and vendor coordination while ensuring timely, engaging, and platform-optimized digital communication across all business units.
Key Responsibilities
1. Video Content Management
- Manage end-to-end video editing workflows to ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital content aligned with branding and campaign objectives.
- Design engaging video thumbnails and other visual assets to enhance content appeal, audience engagement, and platform performance.
- Organize and maintain digital media assets for easy accessibility and future use.
2. Vendor Coordination & Creative Execution
- Coordinate with external video production agencies and creative vendors to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Monitor vendor deliverables for quality, timelines, and compliance with organizational requirements.
- Review creative outputs and coordinate revisions to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
3. Digital Content Coordination
- Collaborate with the Social Media and Marketing teams to plan, schedule, and publish video content across digital platforms.
- Ensure content is optimized for various social media channels, including platform-specific formats and specifications.
- Support digital branding campaigns by maintaining consistency in messaging and visual communication across all channels.
4. Brand Consistency & Process Improvement
- Ensure all video content and creative assets comply with the organization's brand identity and digital communication standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve video production processes, creative quality, workflow efficiency, and audience engagement.
- Stay updated with emerging digital content trends, video formats, and platform best practices to recommend innovative content ideas.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
