Qualification
A Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) from a recognized university.
A minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale) in the LL.M. degree.
National Eligibility Test (NET) or SET qualified or Ph.D. exemption for NET (if applicable) or A two years Masters Degree in Law (LL.M.) from a recognized university with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale) in the LL.M. degree as per Clause 22 of BCI Legal Education Rules.

An Assistant Professor of Law, possessing a strong passion for teaching and a commitment to developing and delivering high-quality content for assigned courses.
The required qualifications shall be as per UGC/ BCI guidelines.

Responsibility
Deliver lectures, tutorials, and seminars on assigned legal subjects, ensuring effective and engaging instruction.
Develop, update, and implement course content and syllabi to reflect current legal trends and standards.
Conduct scholarly research in various areas of law and contribute to academic publications.
Provide mentorship and academic counseling to students, guiding them through their academic and career development.
Supervise student projects, internships, and moot court activities, ensuring practical application of legal principles.
Design and conduct student assessments, providing constructive feedback on their progress and performance.
