Business Development Executive
Varikode Technology | Remote | Full Time | 3–5 Years Experience | 2 PM – 11 PM IST
We're looking for a Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition for our ecommerce development, design, and SEO agency. You'll generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and close deals through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and PeoplePerHour
- Run daily inbound and outbound outreach — cold emails and LinkedIn messages to prospects
- Hit consistent daily activity targets (outreach volume and follow-ups)
- Manage the CRM pipeline end to end, from first contact to closure
- Communicate professionally with international clients in written and spoken English
- Follow up consistently and move leads through every stage of the funnel
- Send a daily activity report — outreach sent, responses, and pipeline status
Must-Have Skills
- 3–5 years of business development or sales experience in IT, eCommerce, or a digital agency
- Excellent written and spoken English — non-negotiable
- Hands-on LinkedIn sales and outreach experience (not just phone sales)
- Active experience on freelance platforms — Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Strong client handling and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, able to work independently and report results without being chased
Good to Have
- Experience using AI tools for research and outreach
- Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, or digital marketing services
Working Hours: 2 PM – 11 PM IST | Location: Remote
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
