Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Event & Celebrity Manager to plan and execute high-profile events, manage celebrity collaborations, influencer engagements, and brand activations across our restaurant brands. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, excellent communication skills, and experience in hospitality or entertainment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute promotional events, launches, and special occasions.
- Coordinate with celebrities, influencers, artists, and their management teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with PR agencies, event vendors, and media partners.
- Manage celebrity appearances, endorsements, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate event logistics, budgets, timelines, and vendor management.
- Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure seamless execution of events while maintaining brand standards.
- Negotiate contracts and manage event-related documentation.
- Analyze event performance and prepare post-event reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends and identify new collaboration opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in event management, celebrity management, PR, or hospitality marketing.
- Strong network with celebrities, influencers, event agencies, and media.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel and work on weekends or evenings when events require.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of social media and influencer marketing.
- Strong vendor and budget management skills.
- Creative thinking with exceptional organizational abilities.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
