Qualification

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Electrical Engineering graduates to join our team. The selected candidate will assist in the design, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment while gaining hands-on industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Monitor electrical panels, motors, transformers, switchgear, and distribution systems.
- Participate in troubleshooting electrical faults and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Assist senior engineers in project execution and site activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
- Learn and apply industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical machines, power systems, control systems, and electrical circuits.
- Understanding of electrical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical design software is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment.
