Job Summary
Edexe Learning is looking for a Business Development Executive to connect with prospective students, guide them about our courses, and support the admissions process. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping students.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Maintain and update lead details in the CRM.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve monthly performance goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
