- Coordinate with TPAs for cashless and reimbursement claim processing.
- Verify and submit claim documents as per insurance and TPA requirements.
- Track claim status and follow up with TPAs, insurers, and hospitals.
- Assist customers/employees in claim-related queries and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of claims, approvals, rejections, and settlements.
- Review claim discrepancies and work towards timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with insurance policies, company procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports on claim activities and claim ratios.
- Liaise with hospitals and healthcare providers for claim authorization and settlement.
- Support policy renewals, endorsements, and member enrollment activities when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
