Job Responsibility
1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's product portfolio, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
2. Execute sales strategies, objectives, and action plans to achieve assigned sales targets within the assigned territory.
3. Identify and build relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and medical institutions to promote products effectively and generate sales.
4. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals and staff to increase product knowledge and usage.
5. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
6. Plan and organize customer visits, meetings, and events to maintain and expand the customer base.
7. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback to management.
8. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer support, to ensure smooth order processing, product availability, and customer satisfaction.
9. Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and regulatory guidelines through ongoing training and professional development activities.
10. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
