HashHackCode is looking for a Part-time Tech & AI Mentor to teach technology and AI tools online and support diverse learners through future-ready digital education. If you enjoy exploring AI, digital tools, and creative problem-solving, this role is for you.
Your roles and responsibilities:
- Online Mentoring: Teach students how to use technology and AI tools in a safe, simple, and structured way.
- AI Guidance: Guide learners in prompt writing, image generation, content creation, idea generation, and digital projects.
- Student Support: Help students with doubts, homework, class tasks, and project work.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Encourage learners to use technology for creativity, communication, learning, and problem-solving.
- Responsible Use: Help students understand how to use AI meaningfully and responsibly.
- Progress Updates: Share regular updates on student progress, challenges, and learning outcomes.
What we require:
- Tech curiosity: Basic understanding of AI tools, prompt writing, and digital productivity tools.
- Tool familiarity: Experience with ChatGPT, Canva AI, image generation tools, Google Workspace, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Patient communicator: Ability to explain technology in a simple and beginner-friendly way.
- Passion for inclusion: A genuine interest in helping diverse learners access future-ready skills.
- Reliable setup: Functional laptop and high-speed internet connection.
- Availability: Minimum commitment of 1 hour per day.
- Degree is not mandatory: We value curiosity, skills, attitude, and willingness to learn.

Hiring Process:
Stage 1: Assessment
Stage 2: Mock Class
Stage 3: Training
After successful completion of training, part-time payment will be based on completed classes per student. Students will be assigned based on performance, availability, and training readiness.
