- We're looking for a driven and experienced Product Manager to join the UAE Product team, with a strong AI-led and technology-first approach to problem solving and product design.
- The ideal candidate should have 3 - 5 years of hands-on product management experience, preferably with a background either in engineering or management. Understanding of ordering systems, cart management and retail business and operations would be a plus.
- Should have a good technical understanding and be confident in managing products through the entire lifecycle — from ideation and discovery to launch, iteration, and scale — while actively leveraging AI, automation, and data intelligence to enhance product outcomes.
- Must demonstrate an AI-first mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities where AI/ML, intelligent automation, predictive insights, or workflow optimization can meaningfully improve user experience, operational efficiency, or decision-making (not required to directly build AI models)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you'll be working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- The individual should be analytical, data-driven, and should have the know-how to influence decisions and align stakeholders to drive product success.
