Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and draft job descriptions.
- Post job openings on various platforms and manage applicant tracking systems.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, such as resume reviews and phone screenings.
- Coordinate and participate in interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Maintain and update HR databases and documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Education: MBA in HR, Finance, or Marketing (Freshers preferred).
- Interest Area: Strong inclination toward recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
