Front Office Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a polished, customer-focused, and service-oriented Front Office Executive to join a premium luxury fitness club in Gurugram. If you have experience in hospitality, retail, luxury services, or premium customer-facing roles and enjoy creating exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and personalized experience for our members while ensuring smooth front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and discretion.
- Manage front desk operations including member check-ins, appointments, calls, and walk-in inquiries.
- Coordinate with trainers, sales, and operations teams to ensure an exceptional member experience.
- Handle membership renewals, billing, invoicing, and basic cash/card transactions.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and ambience.
- Resolve member queries promptly and escalate concerns when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of members at all times.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail, Hospitality, Luxury Retail, Luxury Hotels, Premium Fitness Clubs, Spas, or Lifestyle Services.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with experience handling premium clientele.
- Basic understanding of fitness, wellness, or gym operations.
- Passion for fitness or active involvement in activities such as gym workouts, yoga, sports, or wellness.
- Comfortable using MS Office and billing/POS systems.
- Well-groomed, confident, and professional personality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in premium gyms, luxury hotels, luxury retail brands, spas, or lifestyle clubs.
- Knowledge of fitness memberships, personal training services, or wellness programs.
