Job Title: Executive Housekeeper
Location: Hotel Le JARDIN, Erode
Job Summary:
Hotel Le JARDIN is looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead and manage the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage housekeeping team operations
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet hotel quality standards
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate tasks
- Monitor linen, inventory, and housekeeping supplies
- Coordinate with maintenance for room readiness
- Train staff on SOPs, grooming, and service standards
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with safety procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of housekeeping experience, with supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards and inventory control
- Flexible to work shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
