Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Export Sales Manager with experience in export sales of medical equipment/devices. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling international clients, export documentation, order processing, and coordinating with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support export sales operations for medical equipment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with international distributors, dealers, and customers.
- Manage export documentation, shipment coordination, and international bids/tenders.
- Handle export inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and shipping teams for timely order execution.
- Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and customs-related paperwork.
- Monitor export shipments and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Identify new business opportunities in overseas markets.
- Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions, if required.
- Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and customer feedback reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Additional certification in Export-Import Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Export Sales, preferably in the Medical Equipment/Medical Devices/Healthcare Products industry.
- Experience in handling international clients and export documentation is mandatory.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of export procedures and international trade.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
- Good understanding of international shipping and logistics.
- Experience in the medical equipment industry.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
