We are looking for a presentable and professional Front Office Executive with excellent communication skills and a pleasing personality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front office and welcome visitors/guests professionally
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and calendars
- Arrange and manage conference room bookings
- Coordinate with vendors and external stakeholders when required
- Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transportation
- Maintain office records, documents, and visitor logs
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Front Office / Reception / Administration role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Presentable personality with professional etiquette
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
