About the Role
We are hiring a Fund Operations Fellow for a leading venture capital fund focused on the clean energy and climate-tech ecosystem. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in venture capital, fund operations, and investor relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support fund accounting and operational activities.
- Assist with compliance and regulatory filings.
- Coordinate investor reporting and investor relations.
- Maintain fund data, MIS, and operational documentation.
- Support portfolio reporting and internal processes.
- Work closely with the investment team to streamline fund operations.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in Fund Operations, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Finance, or related fields.
- CA/CFA/MBA (Finance) preferred. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is also welcome.
- Understanding of fund accounting, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Interest in venture capital, startups, and the climate-tech ecosystem is an advantage.
