Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day mining activities at site
- Monitor manpower, machinery, and site operations
- Ensure safety standards and mining regulations are properly followed
- Coordinate with engineers, operators, and contractors
- Maintain daily work progress and site reports
- Ensure smooth excavation and material handling activities
- Monitor productivity and operational efficiency
- Handle site issues and provide timely solutions
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of mining operations and supervision
- Good leadership and team handling skills
- Understanding of mining safety procedures
- Strong coordination and communication abilities
- Ability to work at site locations independently
Qualification:
Diploma / Graduate preferred
