Design Leadership
- Lead residential, commercial, hospitality, and interior design projects.
- Develop innovative architectural concepts aligned with client requirements.
- Prepare conceptual designs, design development drawings, and construction drawings.
- Ensure high-quality design standards throughout all project stages.
Technical Coordination
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, and other consultants.
- Review architectural drawings for technical accuracy.
- Resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and statutory approvals.
Client Management
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Understand client requirements and provide practical design solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Site Supervision
- Visit project sites regularly.
- Ensure construction follows approved drawings.
- Review workmanship and material quality.
- Issue site instructions and coordinate with contractors.
Team Leadership
- Mentor Junior Architects, BIM Modelers, and Architectural Assistants.
- Review team drawings before submission.
- Allocate tasks and monitor performance.
- Foster a collaborative and professional work environment.
Documentation
- Prepare architectural specifications.
- Review BOQs and tender drawings.
- Coordinate permit documentation.
- Maintain proper project records and documentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
