Job Description – Wax Puller
Position: Wax Puller / Wax Section Operator
Location: SEEPZ, Mumbai
Industry: Jewellery Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities
- Operate wax injection machines for producing jewellery wax patterns as per approved designs.
- Pull and remove wax patterns carefully from rubber/silicone moulds without damaging the details.
- Check wax patterns for proper shape, size, detailing, and surface quality.
- Identify defects such as air bubbles, cracks, incomplete filling, and deformation.
- Ensure proper alignment and accurate reproduction of jewellery designs.
- Maintain cleanliness of moulds, machines, tools, and work area.
- Coordinate with the Mould, CAD, Production, and Casting teams for any mould or wax-related issues.
- Separate defective wax pieces and send them for correction or rework.
- Follow production targets and maintain consistent quality.
- Handle wax moulds and jewellery patterns carefully to minimize wastage and damage.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of wax injection and wax pattern pulling processes.
- Experience with jewellery wax moulds and patterns.
- Good hand skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify defects in wax patterns.
- Knowledge of gold/diamond jewellery manufacturing will be preferred.
- Ability to work according to production targets and timelines.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills.
Qualification
- 10th/12th pass or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in jewellery manufacturing preferred.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
