About Position:
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) / Delivery Lead to oversee the Data Validation and Migration Testing workstream for a large-scale Teradata to GCP BigQuery migration initiative. This role requires strong experience in data testing, migration validation, stakeholder management, and delivery governance. The ideal candidate should be able to define validation approaches, coordinate testing activities across teams, manage risks and dependencies, drive issue resolution, and ensure successful migration signoffs. This is a leadership role focused on ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and quality of migrated data while serving as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, development teams, and data validation teams.

What You'll Do:

Understand the end-to-end migration scope, define and govern the overall Data Validation Strategy, testing approach, execution plan, and sign-off criteria.

Lead and coordinate Data Validation team across migration phases.

Track validation progress, test execution status, defects, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

Drive daily governance and stakeholder communication for the data migration validation workstream.

Review data reconciliation results and ensure data quality issues are appropriately analyzed and resolved.

Coordinate with Development, and Business teams to investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
-
Facilitate defect triage discussions and prioritize critical issues impacting migration readiness.

Ensure validation coverage for data completeness, accuracy, consistency, lineage, controls, and audit requirements.

Manage UAT support, production validation activities, and migration sign-off coordination.

Prepare executive status reports, risk dashboards, and migration readiness updates.

Mentor & motivate the team
Expertise You'll Bring:

12+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Delivery Management, or TPM roles.

Strong understanding of Data Warehousing, ETL, Data Migration, and Cloud Modernization programs.
-
Experience managing large-scale data migration initiatives involving Teradata, Hadoop, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar platforms.
-
Strong knowledge of GCP ecosystem, particularly BigQuery-based data solutions.

Experience working with Data Engineering, Data Quality, Testing, and Business teams.

Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and project dependencies simultaneously.

Strong risk management, governance, budgeting, and delivery tracking experience.

Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Experience working in Agile and Hybrid delivery models.

Ability to challenge, influence, and drive outcomes across cross-functional teams.

Banking and Financial Services domain experience.

Prior experience managing cloud transformation or data modernization programs for large enterprises.
