Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and oversee the organization's CSR initiatives and social impact projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating CSR programs while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute CSR projects and community development initiatives.
- Coordinate with NGOs, government agencies, local communities, and other stakeholders for successful project implementation.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Conduct field visits and assessments to evaluate project effectiveness and impact.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, documentation, and impact assessment reports for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with CSR regulations, policies, and statutory requirements.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor partnerships effectively.
- Identify new CSR opportunities and recommend programs aligned with organizational values and community needs.
- Lead project teams and maintain effective communication among internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize awareness campaigns, training sessions, workshops, and community engagement activities.
- Track project outcomes using measurable indicators and suggest improvements for future initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CSR project management, NGO operations, social development, or community engagement programs.
- Strong project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of CSR laws, regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Willingness to travel for project monitoring and field visits when required.
Preferred Experience:
- 1–5+ years of experience in CSR, NGO, development sector, or social impact projects.
- Experience in education, healthcare, skill development, women empowerment, environmental sustainability, or rural development initiatives is preferred.
