Job Summary
Shree Engineers is looking for motivated ITI Fitters to join our ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, assembly, maintenance, and commissioning of automated material handling equipment while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble and install ASRS equipment, conveyors, racks, shuttles, and mechanical systems.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical components.
Replace worn or damaged parts such as bearings, chains, rollers, belts, and couplings.
Support equipment commissioning and testing activities.
Maintain maintenance records and daily work reports.
Follow company safety guidelines and maintain workplace housekeeping (5S).
Coordinate with production, electrical, and automation teams.
Qualifications
ITI (Fitter) – NCVT/SCVT.
Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in conveyors, automation, or ASRS is an added advantage.

Mechanical assembly and fitting

Use of hand tools and measuring instruments
Basic troubleshooting skills
Teamwork and communication
Willingness to travel for project installations if required
