Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Development
▪ Responsible for sales and marketing of the residential site through all verticals
▪ Handling the Sales and CRM Team, nurturing leads, negotiating commercial terms & closing of the sales.
▪ Network with corporate, HNI & other clients for project marketing & sales. ▪ Planning and implementing strategies for new project launch mainly project marketing & sales planning ▪ Establishing the relationship with all distribution partners
▪ Assisting Strategy Team with pricing strategy in line with market demand ▪ Design sales strategy, marketing plans, inventory strategy etc. ▪ Market Research, competition tracking & analysis.
▪ Responsible post-sales cycle and customer satisfaction ▪ Handling Sourcing as well closing Team members
Client Relationship Building
▪ Actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific requirements.
▪ Possess in-depth product knowledge (and micro information at the project level) and communicate the same effectively to prospects.
▪ In collaboration with the Team Lead/Business Head, meet with prospects, organize and conduct site visits and strive to establish a strong client relationship with an aim to convert from proposal to definite closure status.
▪ Play a key role during various stages of customer engagement till sales closure and provide support on query resolution. ▪ Oversee / Monitor Leads, Negotiation and Closure of all potential Sales opportunities.
Business Intelligence
▪ Keep abreast with relevant competitor details including price movements, construction activity, key initiatives.
▪ Network effectively with peer teams and industry contacts to stay updated on key trends, developments, market dynamics and potential business opportunities. Liaison with various departments to get deeper product knowledge.
Team Collaboration
▪ Support peer teams for effective deal closure, ensuring required documents (legal agreements, billing, loans etc.) are in place and monitoring collections for designated accounts
▪ Coordinate with various departments (CRM, Marketing, Sales Peer Teams etc.) to ensure exceptional customer service.
Required Specifications:
▪ Minimum 10 Years of relevant experience
▪ Friendly, cheerful and helpful
▪ Ability to handle many tasks at the same time.
▪ Ability to work well under pressure.
▪ Good social and interpersonal connections.
▪ Good written and oral communication skills (English/ Hindi/ Marathi)
