- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Work Mode: Field Sales (Travel May Be Required)
Key experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials, furniture, playground equipment, or
- related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and product specifications (added advantage).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Roles And Responsibilities Required:
- 1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, and private institutions.
- 2. Meet sales targets through strategic planning and relationship management.
- 3. Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
- 4. Collaborate with the design and technical team to propose customized play equipment solutions.
- 5. Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- 6. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
- 7. Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- 8. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events as and when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
