Role Overview: Operations & Client Management
Experience: 1-3 years in operations/ Store Management
Client Conversion & Execution
- Handle qualified leads, understand client needs, and convert to bookings
- Plan sessions/events and assign instructors
- Ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
- Maintain relationships with key clients
Operations & Team Management
- Assign tasks to team (telecallers, instructors, editors)
- Track performance, deadlines, and output quality
- Ensure coordination across departments
- Handle issues, delays, and escalations
Attendance & Fee Monitoring
- Verify attendance and maintain monthly summaries
- Monitor staff punctuality and leave patterns
- Track fee collections, pending dues, and monthly closure
Scheduling & Event Oversight
- Review class schedules and optimize instructor allocation
- Oversee events and shoots for timely execution
- Identify and fix gaps or delays
Marketing & Growth
- Analyze lead sources and run ad campaigns
- Optimize budget and improve conversions
- Support branding and growth initiatives
Finance & Expense Control
- Approve purchases and monitor expenses
- Maintain records and control unnecessary spending
Reporting & Improvements
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Review feedback and implement improvements
- Support business growth and new initiatives
Experience: 1-5 Years in Customer Relations/ Studio Management
