About the Role
ZANA Luxury Escape, Dehradun is looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Housekeeping GSA to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned areas as per hotel standards.
- Ensure proper upkeep and presentation of guest rooms and facilities.
- Handle guest requests and queries professionally and promptly.
- Follow housekeeping procedures, cleanliness standards, and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Housekeeping team and other departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain proper use and care of housekeeping equipment and supplies.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to the concerned supervisor.
- Ensure a high level of hygiene, cleanliness, and attention to detail at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a 5-Star / Luxury Hotel will be preferred.
- Candidates with relevant experience in housekeeping operations are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Positive attitude with a guest-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
