We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to lead and strengthen our digital marketing initiatives. This role is crucial in driving lead generation, brand visibility, and business growth across global markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in B2B IT marketing, performance marketing, social media optimization (SMO), and team leadership, complemented by a data-driven and analytical approach to decision-making.
- Develop and implement robust digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads for IT services
- Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and social media platforms
- Oversee the end-to-end lead generation funnel, including landing page optimization, campaign execution, and lead nurturing
- Lead and drive content marketing initiatives, including blogs, case studies, website content, and social media content
- Strengthen and manage the company’s LinkedIn presence and overall social media profiles, including leadership branding and audience engagement
- Plan and execute effective Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies to enhance reach, engagement, and follower growth
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and manage client interactions when required
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities in international markets
- Manage and optimize marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
- Coordinate with design, content, and development teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team, ensuring timely delivery, accountability, and high performance
