- Lead Generation: Proactively source new clients through cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and industry events.
- Client Consultation: Interview buyers and sellers to determine their precise property needs, budget, and financial capabilities.
- Property Showings: Organize and host open houses, site tours, and property viewings.
- Negotiation & Closing: Present offers, negotiate prices and terms, and assist clients through the closing process.
- Market Research: Maintain a deep understanding of local real estate trends, property valuations, and competitor offerings.
- Essential Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in real estate sales, channel partner management, or high-ticket luxury sales.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal communication, and persuasive skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with local zoning laws, mortgage options, and property documentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
