Qualification: B.Arch / Diploma / Bachelor in Interior Designing or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 2-4 years in Interior Fit-Out Companies

Scope of Job
Should possess good knowledge of market & market analyses of Interior Designing firms
To Prepare/ Review & Compare the Tender Document, Quotation, Architectural Drawings.
Preparing BOQ's as per client requirement
Filling all BOQs, coordinating with other vendors to get material/service rates.
Filling PQ forms and checking all Tender Documents carefully before submitting.
Co-ordination with the client managers and service providers on the preparation of bids, costing and Pricing
Formulating specifications and preparation or Review of BOQ's.
Preparing cost estimates based on the detailed BOQ's.
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
Negotiations with clients & vendors.
Audit and Approve site measurement sheet & checklist.
Calculate BOQ's, BOM, Prepare Quotation for Interiors Sites as per material required.
Functional Skills
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office.
Possess skills of reliability and confidentiality
Good negotiation skills & Time Management
Good Multi-tasking and Delegation
Motivate and supervise project team members and contractors
