Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction operations. You will act as the main point of contact on-site, ensuring that projects are executed safely, accurately, according to blueprints, and strictly on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision: Manage daily on-site construction activities, workforce coordination, and material logistics.
Technical Setting Out: Interpret blueprints and survey data to establish accurate site levels, reference points, and structural alignments.
Quality & Safety Control: Enforce strict compliance with engineering specifications, local building codes, and safety (HSE) standards.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed daily site logs, track progress against timelines, and report deviations to project managers.
Problem Solving: Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and design discrepancies on the ground in real time.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Experience: Fresher or Experience [Residential / Commercial / Infrastructure] projects.
Core Competencies: Excellent leadership, clear communication, and sharp problem-solving skills under pressure.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,963.99 per month
