Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a qualified and experienced HR Executive with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience to manage and support day-to-day human resource operations. The role requires a proactive professional capable of handling recruitment processes, employee engagement, HR documentation, and administrative HR functions.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of HR processes and labor regulations
- Experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee management
- Strong documentation and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in working with Google Sheets and HRMS/HRIS software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in HR Generalist / HR Operations role
- Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
