Sales Manager plays a critical role in helping us achieve this mission Responsible for ensuring seamless execution of the program to drive learning outcomes and results.
- Visiting to schools in which we are executing our training programs and Taking feedback from school management.
- Maintain the attendance, topics covered and other relevant information for school execution on daily basis on the Google drive / portal given.
- Ensure proper content delivery from coaches as well as ensure proper learning Outcomes from students.
- Report to Juhu centre head on a daily basis and give them the daily update.
- Also take feedback from the centre head and resolve the negative feedback from schools on highest priority.
- Monitoring and improving program execution in existing schools
- Productizing manual interventions for scale
- Driving initiatives to improve learning outcomes and results
- Driving initiatives to improve school and student NPS
- Ensuring school and student retention and upsell
- PMO -Tracking and review
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
