Job Summary
We are hiring a Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and office operations. The candidate will be responsible for data entry, documentation, record management, email communication, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate office records
- Update Excel sheets, databases, and daily reports
- Handle documentation, filing, scanning, printing, and record keeping
- Draft and respond to emails and client communications
- Coordinate with internal teams for daily operational activities
- Prepare and organize documents as required
- Maintain proper records of office files and data
- Support general administrative and back-office tasks
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
- Fresher and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati
- Ability to manage documentation and office work efficiently
