- Candidates must be comfortable working in a recruitment consultancy environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Understanding client requirements and job descriptions.
- Sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Screening and shortlisting suitable profiles.
- Coordinating interviews and following up with candidates.
- Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful closures.
Salary
- Competitive salary package.
- Salary of up to ₹25,000 per month for experienced candidates.
- Attractive incentives based on performance.
Working Schedule
- Six days a week.
- Fixed weekly off on Sunday.
