KLM Assets Fin is seeking an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Kottayam Branch. This role is ideal for professionals from the NBFC, chit fund, or financial services sector who are passionate about driving growth, building customer relationships, and expanding market reach.
Position Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for strengthening the branch's market presence, generating new business opportunities, and contributing to overall business performance through customer acquisition and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business prospects and expand the customer base to enhance chit fund subscriptions and overall branch performance.
- Conduct field visits, promotional activities, and networking initiatives to increase market penetration and brand awareness.
- Present and explain chit fund schemes to prospective customers, guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Foster strong customer relationships by delivering quality service and ensuring continued engagement.
- Assist in maintaining portfolio quality through timely customer follow-ups and payment monitoring.
- Review business results and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with branch staff to achieve assigned business objectives and contribute to the branch's success.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in NBFCs, chit funds, financial services, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated success in business generation, sales growth, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to take ownership of targets and deliver results.
- Good understanding of the local market and customer segments will be an added advantage.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Kottayam or nearby areas, with priority accorded to those available for immediate joining.
