Candidate Requirements
- Age: Below 35 years
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in the beauty retail industry
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of makeup products, beauty techniques, and current beauty trends.
- Hands-on experience with premium international beauty brands such as MAC Cosmetics, Bobbi Brown, Givenchy, and Charlotte Tilbury.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and deliver a personalized premium shopping experience.
- Strong product demonstration and consultation skills with a customer-first approach.
- Well-groomed, confident, and passionate about beauty, makeup, and luxury retail.
- Ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and brand representation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per hour
