Job Description:
We are seeking a brilliant, exceptionally versatile, and forward-thinking Full Stack Development Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience. This isn't your average coding job—we are looking for a tech generalist who loves building "everything" (websites, backend APIs, and native iOS apps) and is actively passionate about integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into digital products.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional full-stack development and modern AI capabilities. You will build user-facing web and iOS experiences, connect them to robust Java backends, and supercharge them using Large Language Models (LLMs), AI APIs, and automation tools. Key Responsibilities:
1. AI Integration & Innovation
Connect web and mobile applications to modern AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) using API endpoints.
Implement AI-driven features such as intelligent chatbots, automated data processing, personalization engines, or predictive text features.
Experiment with prompt engineering and basic vector storage to optimize AI responses within our platform.
2. Full-Stack Web & Mobile Execution
Web Development: Write clean, modular frontend code (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to build highly responsive, visually stunning websites and web apps.
Mobile App Development: Maintain and enhance native iOS applications using Swift/SwiftUI, ensuring fluid performance and sleek user interfaces.
Backend Engineering: Develop stable, secure server-side logic and scalable RESTful APIs primarily leveraging Java frameworks.
Database Management: Structure and manage databases to handle user data, app state, and AI-generated content efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skill Set
AI Exposure: Practical experience working with AI/LLM APIs, prompt design, or integrating AI tools (like LangChain or similar libraries) into existing codebases.
Mobile Capabilities: 1+ years of hands-on project experience with iOS development (Swift, SwiftUI, Xcode).
Backend Mastery: Solid foundational understanding of Java (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate) for robust backend architecture and API creation.
Frontend Proficiency: Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and experience with at least one modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Core Dev Tools: Good understanding of relational/non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL) and version control via Git.
Experience & Mindset
Experience: 2 to 3 years of professional software development experience.
The "Everything" Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who is genuinely excited to switch gears from styling a web page to debugging an iOS view, to optimizing an AI prompt.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical coding/bootcamp experience.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
Experience with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, Milvus).
Prior experience publishing an app to the Apple App Store.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) to deploy full-stack apps.
Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
