Job Description:
We are looking for a Body Shop Advisor to join our team at Cresco Maruti Suzuki, Pallikaranai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers, assessing vehicle damages, and ensuring timely delivery of repaired vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers and insurance companies
- Assess vehicle damages and estimate repair costs
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of repaired vehicles
- Maintain records and follow up on repairs
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of vehicle repair processes
