Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and result-oriented professional for the GeM Sales Department to manage government
business operations through the GeM Portal. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end tender
processes, OEM coordination, and ensuring successful order execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal efficiently
- Handle product listing, catalog management, and updates on GeM
- Identify and participate in relevant government tenders
- Prepare and submit tender documents accurately and within deadlines
- Perform tender costing and pricing analysis to ensure competitiveness
- Coordinate with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) for product approvals and compliance
- Monitor bid status, order processing, and payment follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and government procurement policies
- Manage tender site operations and documentation
- Maintain records of all GeM transactions and activities
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with GeM Portal operations
- Strong knowledge of OEM management and coordination
- Expertise in tender costing and pricing strategies
- Experience in tender/site management
- Good understanding of government procurement processes
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master / Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in government sales / tender-based business
