Key Responsibilities:
Manage a designated section during service
Supervise waiters and ensure service timelines
Take orders and handle guest requests professionally
Train junior staff on service standards
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams
Experience Required:
3–5 years of service experience
Prior experience as Senior Steward or Captain preferred
Strong product and service knowledge
