Position: Soft Skills Trainer
We are looking for a dynamic professional with excellent English communication skills, strong presentation abilities, technical awareness, and a positive attitude to train students and prepare them for successful careers in today's competitive job market.
Key Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Mandatory)
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Smart personality with a professional attitude and appearance
- Good knowledge of corporate etiquette and workplace communication
- Basic technical knowledge and ability to train students from various technical backgrounds
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
- Ability to conduct interactive classroom sessions and workshops
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Soft Skills Training, Communication Training, or Corporate Training preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on communication skills, personality development, and professional etiquette
- Train students in spoken English, interview preparation, group discussions, and presentation skills
- Conduct mock interviews and career readiness sessions
- Enhance students' confidence, leadership, teamwork, and workplace behavior
- Support placement activities through employability training
- Develop training materials, assessments, and workshop content
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
