A Spare Parts Billing Executive is responsible for preparing and managing spare parts bills for customers and the service department.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare spare parts bills accurately.
- Generate invoices using billing software.
- Check part numbers, prices, and quantities before billing.
- Maintain records of bills and invoices.
- Coordinate with the spare parts store and service advisors.
- Update stock details after billing.
- Handle customer billing queries politely.
- Ensure all billing is completed on time.
- Follow company billing procedures and policies.
- Prepare daily billing reports when required.
Skills Required:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of billing software (ERP or DMS is an advantage).
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of two-wheeler spare parts.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Qualification:
- Plus Two (Higher Secondary) or Diploma/Graduate.
- Experience in automobile spare parts billing is preferred but freshers can also apply.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
